1 About OzzoCare and These Terms

OzzoCare.com is owned and operated by Fresh Edge LLC, a California limited liability company. By using OzzoCare.com, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all incorporated by reference.

2 Use of OzzoCare.com

2.1   Permitted Use

You may use OzzoCare.com for lawful personal and commercial purposes — to browse, research, and purchase mobility equipment, home medical equipment, and related products.

3 Products, Pricing & Availability

3.1   Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately including descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images. Colors may vary due to monitor calibration. If a product materially differs from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

3.2   Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order and payment are confirmed. If a clear pricing error occurs, OzzoCare reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you before fulfillment.

3.3   Product Availability

Availability is not guaranteed. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

3.4   Authorized Dealer Status

OzzoCare is a formally authorized dealer for all brands we carry. All products are genuine and new unless explicitly stated otherwise, and carry valid manufacturer warranties.

3.5   Medical Disclaimer

Nothing on OzzoCare.com constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before purchasing any medical device or equipment. OzzoCare does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. We are a retail cash/credit store only.

4 Placing Orders & Contract Formation

4.1   Order Process

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel orders where:

• Payment cannot be verified or is declined
• The product is unavailable or discontinued
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• A pricing or product description error has occurred
• The shipping address is outside our delivery zones

4.2   Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order and payment. A shipping confirmation email constitutes final fulfillment.

4.3   Order Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order at no charge before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Freight orders cannot be cancelled after leaving the warehouse. Contact us immediately at support@ozzocare.com to request changes.

5 Payment

5.1   Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible products.

5.2   Payment Security

All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. OzzoCare does not store your full credit card number on our servers. SSL encryption is applied to all pages on the website.

5.3   Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, subject to eligibility. Installment terms are subject to Shop Pay's own terms and conditions. OzzoCare is not responsible for third-party financing decisions or disputes.

5.4   Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

5.5   Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us at support@ozzocare.com before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

6 Shipping & Delivery

Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Key points:

• Free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous US states — no minimum order required
• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (orders placed after 5 PM PT or on weekends begin processing the next business day)
• Accessories and bathroom safety products: typically 3–5 business days via UPS / FedEx / USPS
• Rollators, manual wheelchairs, and folding power wheelchairs: typically 3–7 business days via UPS / FedEx
• Full-size power wheelchairs and mobility scooters: typically 5–10 business days via LTL freight carrier with curbside delivery
• In-Home Setup & Assembly Service is available for large equipment — adds approximately 5–10 business days to the delivery timeline
• Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international addresses are subject to additional charges or may not be serviceable
• Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery

OzzoCare is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or events beyond our control. Full delivery timeframes by product type are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

7 Returns & Refunds

Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy. Key points:

• 30-day return window on most items in new, unused condition with original packaging
• Restocking fees of 15–20% apply on standard change-of-mind returns for larger items
• Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items refunded in full with free return shipping
• All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained before shipping
• Custom, made-to-order, and opened hygiene products are non-returnable
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

8 Intellectual Property

8.1   OzzoCare Content

All content on OzzoCare.com — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and the OzzoCare brand name — is owned by Fresh Edge LLC or its content suppliers and protected by US and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

8.2   Third-Party Trademarks

Brand names and trademarks belonging to third parties such as Karman Healthcare, AFIKIM, Forcemech, Paiseec, and Triumph remain the property of their respective owners. OzzoCare uses them as an authorized reseller only.

8.3   User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or testimonials, you grant Fresh Edge LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display that content on our website and in marketing materials.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1   Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

13.2   Informal Resolution

Before any formal proceeding, you agree to contact OzzoCare at support@ozzocare.com to attempt informal resolution. We will respond in good faith within 30 days.

13.3   Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California, or by remote hearing where available. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial in matters covered by arbitration.

13.4   Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Orange County, California, where the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date. Continued use of OzzoCare.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the website.

15 General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These Terms together with our Privacy, Cookie, Shipping, and Return Policies constitute the full agreement between you and Fresh Edge LLC.
• Severability — If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
